- Batch Selection: Fixed time slot (Morning or Evening) selected at joining.

- Venue: Access to studio floor only during specific class hours.
Class Content
- Style: Mix of Hatha and General Yoga covering basic Asanas and Surya Namaskar flows.
- Instruction: Group instruction with verbal cues (Hindi/English) and occasional manual adjustments.
- Breathwork: Covers basic Pranayama (Kapalbhati, Anulom Vilom) and closing chanting.
Amenities & Props
- Mats: Usage of shared studio mats (Standard foam). Personal towel recommended for hygiene.
- Props: Access to standard foam blocks and cotton straps.
- Facility: Air-conditioned studio with access to gym changing rooms and water cooler.
Daily Unlimited Access

- Frequency: 6 days per week (Mon-Sat).
- Flexibility: Ability to attend any batch (Morning or Evening) on any given day.
- Duration: 60 minutes (Saturday special sessions may run up to 90 minutes).
Advanced Variations
- High Intensity: Includes Power Yoga and Vinyasa flows for stamina.
- Prop-Based Classes: Access to Swiss Ball sessions for core strength and Yoga Wheel sessions for spine mobility.
- Partner Work: Occasional guided sessions involving pair-work drills.
Instruction & Amenities
- Progression: Instruction focuses on achieving advanced inversions (Headstands/Shoulder stands).

My Take on Yoga
For me, yoga isn’t just about stretching or sweating, it's a way to live better. I keep things simple - karo yog, raho nirog (do yoga, stay healthy). With 15+ years teaching, I’ve seen how regular practice really changes people, slowly but surely. I truly believe - yoga se hi hoga (only yoga makes it happen).
What Happens in My Classes
No stress about getting things perfect. I’ll guide you, and my team’s always around to help with your form. The main thing I tell everyone is - bas saans lete raho (just keep breathing). We go slow, so your body and mind catch up together. If you’re new or advanced, there’s space for you.
Class Options
You’ll find a mix here:
- General Yoga: Basics, stretching, relaxation - suitable for everyone.
- Power Yoga: Tougher sessions for those wanting a challenge, sometimes led by Sanjeev sir.
- Vinyasa yoga for beginners: We flow with breath, like in 17-step Surya Namaskar.
- Yoga props for flexibility: Ball, wheel, blocks, straps - these help deepen your poses.
- Partner Yoga: Fun, interactive, builds trust.
Meditation & Pranayama
Every class includes guided pranayama sessions (breathing techniques) and stress relief meditation. We end with Savasana or chanting, so you leave feeling lighter.
Who Can Join
Everyone’s welcome - whether you’ve never tried yoga or you’re working on advanced stuff. Classes run both online and at our studios in Paschim Vihar and Vikaspuri.

Hari Om! Suraj Singh here. Yoga, for me, isn't just stretching or breathing—it's samatvam yog uchyate, balance in life. Been at this for 15+ years, certified from Kevalyadham, and still loving every bit. My studio's more like a big family—festivals, laughter, and yes, headstands after endless tries! Students call me Suraj sir. My work is my practice, my spirituality. Karo yog, raho nirog. Jai Shree Ram.

Yoga Alliance Teacher Training - We run a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training for those wanting to teach professionally.
Hands-On, Mixed Language Teaching - I guide with Hindi-English mix—'breathe karte raho', 'balance banao'—and help you fix posture, avoid injuries.
Expert Team Support - Along with me, instructors like Sanjeev sir and Ashish sir bring more expertise to our sessions.
Community & Inner Peace - Our studio's a fitness hub—flexibility, strength, and finding your center, all in a friendly, festival-loving group.
