How I Teach Yoga: Real Moves, Real Feel
Yoga isn’t just stretching for me. Strength, discipline, and 'apni roots se judna' (connecting with roots) matter most. As a certified yoga teacher and fitness coach, I mix yoga with exercise science, so every move has a purpose - not just random poses.

- Dynamic flows: Vinyasa & Ashtanga yoga if you’re up for building stamina and heat. Great for beginners wanting real movement.
- Mindfulness: Meditation, Siddhasana, Virasana, even Laughing Meditation for stress busting.
- Injury prevention: I explain the 'why' behind every asana and focus on alignment to keep joints safe, whether you’re a newbie or dealing with old injuries.

Going Old School: Shatkarma Kriyas
If you want more than poses, I teach traditional yogic cleansing - Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, and Netra Neti. These help with sinus, migraine, and overall detox.

My Story
Namaskar! Main Bhora Khurd, Muzaffarnagar ka hoon – yahi meri mitti hai. Dadi, Maa, bhai, yaar, sab family hai, aur Tuffy bhi – mera bullmastiff. Subah gym, shaam yoga, dono zaroori. Rishikesh mein yog seekha, beach pe yoga kiya, mast tha. Simple life, simple joys. Kaam aur body dono work in progress hai.
