Programs for Different Needs
- For expecting mothers, I have a yoga for pregnancy support program. It’s gentle, includes breathwork, meditation, and chants that help both mom and baby. It's more about creating a good inner atmosphere than just stretching.
- For kids above 7, I offer yoga for kids focus. It’s fun, there’s movement, but also a lot about grounding, handling emotions, and even learning to make better food choices.
- If you’re dealing with screen-induced aches, my yoga for posture correction (think Angamardana, Surya Kriya) can help. People have told me it sorted out their back and neck pain. Women struggling with periods have found relief too.

My Story
Namaskaram. We’re Sthiram Yoga, a bunch of Isha Hatha Yoga teachers who started out just wanting a bit more peace, maybe some fitness. I’m Shruti, and all of us felt that first big shift—like, real happiness bubbling up from inside. That feeling made us dive deep at Isha Yoga Center, 1750 hours of training, and now, we get to share this with others. Folks come from far, like that milkman who travelled 200km for a Surya Kriya workshop. Their stories, their search, keep us grounded. Yoga isn’t just moves—it’s a grace we get to pass on.
