About Master Your Breath, Calm Your Mind
We focus on real breath control that fits into a busy schedule. You do not need to commit to long hours; I teach you specific breathing techniques—like Anuloma Viloma and Kapalabhati—that you can practice for just ten minutes at home to lower stress, improve sleep, and clear your mind.
Breath is the bridge between the body and the mind. When we are agitated, our breath becomes shallow and rapid; when we are calm, it slows down naturally. In my pranayama and meditation workshops, we work in reverse: by controlling the breath, we learn to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.
My approach is rooted in the classical Sivananda lineage. We do not look for quick fixes. Whether you join me for an online session via Zoom or visit our studio in Gurgaon, the goal remains the same: a deep, consistent practice. We explore techniques that range from simple abdominal breathing to advanced breath retention. For those dealing with seasonal allergies or congestion, I also teach cleansing practices like Jal Neti, which helps improve immunity and respiratory health.
