Sivananda Yoga Centre

We teach authentic, classical yoga as a spiritual science for holistic well-being, not just exercise. Through classes, retreats, and community events, we help you explore health, happiness, and your true potential.

My goal is to integrate wellness seamlessly into your corporate culture. Here I am at Nissan, ready to lead a session on stress management and mindful productivity, demonstrating how these ancient practices can be adapted for the modern workplace.
You don't need a lot of space to find relief. This simple seated stretch, done right at the desk, is one of the many chair yoga techniques I teach to help employees release tension in the shoulders and upper back caused by long hours at the computer.
Yoga is a powerful tool for team bonding. In this moment of shared laughter and lightheartedness during a session, you can see how practicing together helps build connection and a positive, supportive atmosphere within the team.
Chronic back pain is one of the most common issues in a corporate environment. My specialized workshops directly address this, using gentle asanas and targeted movements to provide lasting relief and teach your team how to care for their backs.
Energizing the body after hours of sitting is crucial. Here, employees engage in a standing side stretch, a simple yet effective asana to open up the sides of the body, improve circulation, and boost energy levels during the workday.

My Story

We started way back in 2004, but honestly, our roots go deeper. Thirty years teaching, and still, every day feels new. Life’s busy, folks feel restless, so we made this space—no fancy studio vibes, just real talk and yoga. Sundays with Arun? That’s not your usual yoga class, it’s chai, chat, and figuring out life together. We hold tight to our gurus’ teachings, share meals, help each other out. It’s more than yoga. It’s sangha, it’s family. Om Shanti.
