Unlimited Monthly Yoga Membership
Class Schedule & Access
- Frequency: Unlimited access 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
- Morning Batch: Women-exclusive slot (6:00 AM to 7:00 AM).
- Evening Batch: Mixed-gender slot (8:00 PM to 9:00 PM).
- Curriculum: Covers Hatha (basics), Vinyasa (flow), Power Yoga (strength), and Stick Mobility.
Studio Facilities
- Nursery Service: Complimentary access to a supervised childcare area during workout hours.
- Infrastructure: Air-conditioned studio with wooden laminate flooring and full-length mirrors.
- Amenities: Access to changing rooms, showers, and secure lockers.
Equipment & Instruction
- Props Included: Full use of 6mm mats, foam blocks, yoga wheels, and mobility sticks.
- Guidance: Bilingual instruction (English/Hindi) with hands-on posture correction.

Private Aerial Yoga Training
Session Specifics
- Format: 1-on-1 private coaching lasting approximately 60 minutes.
- Equipment: Exclusive use of professional-grade Aerial Silks tailored to user height.
- Scheduling: Flexible timing based on trainer availability outside of group class hours.
Training Focus
- Anti-Gravity: Safe guidance for inversions and flips without spinal compression.
- Core & Flexibility: Deep assisted stretching and instability training using the hammock.
- Personalization: Custom routines adapted for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Safety & Extras
- Supervision: 100% attended spotting to ensure safety during aerial maneuvers.
- Consultation: Pre-workout assessment of physical limitations.

Kids Yoga & Development Program
Program Structure
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).
- Timing: Post-school slot from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Eligibility: Open to children aged 3 to 15 years.
Developmental Focus
- Physical Growth: Stretching exercises like Tadasana to aid height growth and correct posture.

Why I Teach Yoga
Yoga's not just about sweating it out. For me, it's where you actually start listening to yourself, not just ticking off poses. When you feel like quitting, that's where the real magic happens. Here, we show up for each other, work hard, and yes, we sweat and shine together.
What You'll Experience
- Yoga is a 'work-in', not just a workout. It’s all about tuning into your breath (saans ko mehsoos karo), calming your mind, and letting your body move how it needs to.
- I love mixing things up: traditional Hatha, Vinyasa flow, and aerial yoga classes with those hammocks that let you flip your world upside down.
- Power yoga is for those days when you want to feel strong - lots of core and arm work.
- We even use props like blocks, wheels, sticks, and chairs so everyone finds their own version of a pose.
- Stick mobility sessions help a lot with posture and joint freedom.
How You Can Join
- We’ve got group yoga sessions, personal training, online, and offline options.
- All levels are welcome: yoga for beginners, intermediate and advanced batches. You want to try your first downward dog? Cool. Want to master a headstand? Come on in.
Safe Space, Real Community
- Morning batches are only for women, so you can just be yourself. Bahut acche (very good), my super ladies!
- Evening sessions are open to everyone - guys, come join too.
Real Talk
You don’t have to be perfect, just consistent. Some days you’ll crush it, some days you’ll just show up. Khud se pyaar bhi zaroori hai, mere dost (self-love matters too, my friend). The mat’s here whenever you’re ready.

My Story
Why did I open a women-only gym? Simple. I wanted a place where we can sweat, struggle, and laugh together. Here, we celebrate Holi with colors, eat cake on Teacher’s Day, and support each other like family. Fitness for me is rebuilding self-belief, not just muscles. Seva matters too – I join free health camps in Haryana. Our mantra? Strong alone, unstoppable together. This is our sisterhood.
