What We’re About
I’m part of a bunch of certified Isha Hatha Yoga teachers. For us, yoga isn’t some gym thing - it’s a way to tune into yourself, not just twist your body. Every workshop sticks to classical Hatha Yoga, straight from Sadhguru’s approach.
Workshop Style
We mostly do these big “Classical Yoga Fests.” You can pick one session or stack up a few over a weekend. There’s no pressure to be a pro; just join in as you are. If you can’t show up in person, we also handle online workshops, so you can learn from your own space.
What You’ll Learn
- Upa Yoga for beginners – good for getting your joints and muscles moving, especially if you’re new or feeling stiff.
- Surya Shakti practice benefits – a strong, sun-based routine for energy and flexibility. Proper sweat, proper results.
- Yoga for kids (7+). Not boring at all, keeps them sharp and helps them handle school stress.
- Yogic diet workshop and simple breathing/meditation sessions for real balance (not just talk).

Namaskaram, Delhi! We’re a bunch of certified Isha Hatha Yoga teachers, all trained at the Isha Hatha School with Sadhguru. Our journey? It’s been about sharing ancient yogic tools, not just for fitness but for real wellbeing. We see people craving something deeper.
