I’ve spent over three decades sharing yoga, and if there’s one thing I see again and again, it’s people rushing through life without pausing to breathe. My retreats are a chance to step away from all that and tune back in to yourself.

What Happens at My Retreats

  • It’s not your usual holiday—think of it as a mindful wellness escape. No screens, no endless work calls, just a simple, honest reset.
  • Every day, we practice yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation, but it’s also about the bigger picture: living simply, eating sattvic food (pure, balanced meals), and finding joy in a slower rhythm.
  • Satsang (spiritual gathering) is a big part of the experience. People come as strangers, but leave as community—sharing stories, laughter, and sometimes even tears.
  • If you’re feeling a bit lost or just want some peace, this is a space to reconnect and rediscover what makes you, you.

Types of Retreats

  • Mountain getaways for a real Himalayan yoga journey—yoga with a view, clean air, and quiet all around.
  • Quick weekend escapes around Delhi-NCR if you can’t go far, but need to recharge.
  • We host special retreats with visiting masters for those who want to go deeper.
  • Family yoga retreat for parents and kids—lessons, fun, and even a bit of Karma Yoga (selfless service).

The days are structured but relaxed—early meditation, asanas, nourishing meals, walks, and time for stillness. I keep things rooted in tradition, but always real. If you’re looking for a break that’s more than a break, this might be it.

My Story

We started way back in 2004, but honestly, our roots go deeper. Thirty years teaching, and still, every day feels new. Life’s busy, folks feel restless, so we made this space—no fancy studio vibes, just real talk and yoga. Sundays with Arun? That’s not your usual yoga class, it’s chai, chat, and figuring out life together. We hold tight to our gurus’ teachings, share meals, help each other out. It’s more than yoga. Community & Food - Sometimes we share Kerala Sadya (feast), laugh, support, and build real togetherness beyond the mat.
