We started way back in 2004, but honestly, our roots go deeper. Thirty years teaching, and still, every day feels new. Life’s busy, folks feel restless, so we made this space—no fancy studio vibes, just real talk and yoga. Sundays with Arun? That’s not your usual yoga class, it’s chai, chat, and figuring out life together. We hold tight to our gurus’ teachings, share meals, help each other out. It’s more than yoga.
