Why I Teach Yoga for Wellness
I switched from being a CA to a yogini because I wanted real change, not just quick fixes. If you’ve tried random Insta yoga hacks, you already know - asli (real) health doesn’t come overnight. I focus on a complete approach: movement, breath, food, and mind.
What Happens in Class
- Classes are a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, plus a bit of weight training and props like blocks and belts - it’s never boring.
- We work on real strength, flexibility, and yoga for posture correction. Doesn’t matter if you’re stiff or super flexible, there’s something for everyone.
- If you deal with PCOD, back pain, or want better sleep, we build routines (not shortcuts) that fit into your daily life. No magic - just consistent habits.
- Pranayama and meditation are always included. Simple breathwork, Om chanting, and Tratak help with yoga for stress relief and keeping your mind cool.
- Sound healing workshops happen often for those who want to go deeper.
Who Shows Up
I see teens, busy professionals, seniors over 70 - all in one room. Everyone gets modifications, so you never feel left out. Fitness and wellness are for every age.
My Belief

My Story
Namaste dosto, Madhulika here. Used to be a CA, crunching numbers, now I’m all about the yoga mat. Yoga ne mujhe 'sukun' diya, so I started sharing it here in Paschim Vihar for the last eight years. Our centre is more like a family, honestly. I’m not perfect - coffee lover, reel scroller - but yoga isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection. Bas, yoga karo, nirog raho. (Do yoga, stay healthy).
My Work
Yoga Styles & Workshops - We teach Hatha, Vinyasa, aerial yoga for kids and adults, Iyengar yoga with props, advanced asana, and sound healing yoga.
Holistic Approach - No quick fixes here. We mix asanas, pranayama, meditation, and diet for real change.
Fun & Supportive Classes - Classes use props like wheels and belts. Everyone’s welcome, from beginners to 70+ folks.
