General Wellness Group Yoga Membership
Session Access & Structure

- Therapeutic yoga for back pain, chronic issues, and recovery after injuries. We dig deep, tackling the bimari ki jadd (root of illness) using asanas, props, and breathwork.
- Aerial yoga classes near me (and online!) - swing in a hammock, boost core strength, and make yoga fun again.
- Mindful breathing exercises and meditation. We focus on pran, detox the mind, and use sound and Tratak for deeper peace.

My Story
Namaskar, hum hain Sivapta Yoga and Wellness Centre. Yoga humare liye sirf exercise nahi hai, yeh sharir, mann aur atma ka milan hai - jaise Prayag ka sangam. Hum maante hain har cheez mein urja hai, kapde tak. Isliye hum simple aur sattvik vastra pehna pasand karte hain. Hamara maksad hai sirf physical problem nahi, poori zindagi ki lifestyle aur soch ko sudharna. Yog ek yatra hai, bas chalte rehna hai.
