I see so many people pushing hard at the gym, still feeling tired and stressed. For me, yoga is about more than just physical fitness - it's about finding that balance between body, mind, and spirit. My aim is simple: help you live without pain and stress, using yoga as a steady, natural path.

Modern Life, Old Problems

  • Stiff back, knee pain, or tight joints? We use gentle yoga for joint pain, working through asanas that release tension and rebuild strength so you can move freely again.
  • Stress and anxiety eating you up? Through pranayama and mindfulness yoga practice, each class helps calm your mind and body. You'll leave with lighter shoulders and a quieter head.
  • Digestion acting up? We add digestive health yoga poses that can help with bloating, acidity, and sluggish gut. Small moves, big relief.
  • Looking to manage weight in a steady way? My sessions focus on dynamic flows for metabolism, but the real goal is sustainable movement and a body that feels right.

My Approach

I keep classes small, so everyone gets personal attention. Inspired by Iyengar yoga, I make sure you learn the right technique for every asana. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or have been on the mat for years - sabka swagat hai (everyone’s welcome).

My Story

Namaste ji, I’m Shiva. I’ve watched folks chase fitness in gyms but still feel empty inside. For me, yoga is more than bending and stretching - it’s about calming the mind, breathing easy, and finding peace. My shala in GK feels like home, not just a studio. I keep classes small, so I can actually help you. Seeing my students light up, not just get flexible, that’s the real win. Real people, real change. That’s what drives me.

My Work

Yoga Classes Offered - Group sessions in GK-1, online yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Restorative Yoga for stress.

Who Can Join - Anyone - beginners, old-timers, folks with pain, stress or wanting mindful movement yoga. All ages welcome.

My Teaching Style - I keep it simple. Small batches, personal attention, beginner-friendly yoga classes. Technique comes first, always.
