Pricing Guide
Single Class Drop-In
Class Formats
- Variety: Choice of one specialized format per booking: STRIKE (Boxing), BUILD (S&C), MOVE (Animal Flow/Mobility), HIIT, or Mat Pilates.
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes of instructor-led training.
- Coaching: Approx 1:15 coach-to-member ratio with certified trainers.
Equipment & Gear
- Provided: Usage of Tego yoga mats, Torque Tank sleds, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Assault AirBikes.
- Boxing: Community gloves and pads provided (Hand wraps must be brought personally).
- Atmosphere: Dynamic mood lighting and curated playlists.
Facility Amenities
- Changing Rooms: Access to premium changing areas with showers and secure lockers.
- Comfort: High-powered centralized air conditioning.
- Hydration: Filtered water station available (BYO bottle).

- Validity: Credits expire 45 to 60 days from purchase to encourage consistency.

Training & Scheduling
- Advanced Booking: Ability to book slots 1-2 weeks in advance to secure peak hours.
- Saturday WOD: Eligibility to book the high-demand Community Saturday workouts.
- Programming: Access to monthly structured workout blocks (e.g., strength cycles).
Experience
- Equipment: Access to boutique gear including Knox-branded heavy bags and plyo boxes.
- Social: Access to cafe seating area for post-workout usage.

- Cycles: Ability to follow full 4-6 week specialized programming cycles intended by head coaches.
- Priority: Higher priority on waitlists for fully booked peak-hour slots (8 AM / 6 PM).
- Privileges: First right of refusal or special pricing for paid workshops (e.g., Hyrox Prep).

The Lab* Vibe
The Lab* is where it all happens. Picture mood lighting, fresh playlists, and a lot of sweaty high-fives. It’s not just a gym - it’s where we mix things up and try new stuff, so nobody gets bored. You’ll see that buzz even on a Monday morning.
What We Do
- Our schedule is always changing. One month you’re smashing Strength and Conditioning, the next you’re deep into HIIT group training or trying Animal Flow.
- Strength days like "Leg Day" and "Push & Pull" for those who want a solid base.
- Boxing workout classes ("STRIKE") - half technique, half full-send cardio.
- Mobility and flexibility classes - think Animal Flow, kettlebell flows, and joint-friendly moves.
- HIIT sessions for max energy and sweat.
- Sometimes we throw in Mat Pilates (with a Sports Physio) or Yoga for something different.
Community Feels
Nobody’s judging. Everyone’s learning. Coaches are specialists but super chill - they’ll meet you wherever you’re at. The best thing here? You walk in a stranger, and pretty soon, you’re part of the crew.

My Story
We’re Knox. Started with a simple idea - fitness should feel personal, but the vibe’s gotta be collective. Tired of those cookie-cutter gyms, we built a spot where you get a plan made just for you, but you’re never on your own. It’s the people here - like Karishma, Aashish, the whole crew - who make it. You’ll find high-fives, laughs, maybe lose track of time. It’s more than just lifting weights or boxing rounds. You’ll probably stay longer than you meant to.

Truly Personal Training - No generic plans. Our coaches build your program from scratch, whether you want to get stronger, leaner, or just feel better.
The Lab: Group Classes - Mix it up with group boxing sessions, Animal Flow classes, strength, HIIT, and more. Every class, different energy.
Community, Not Just Gym - We train together, prep for HYROX, run marathons, and hang out at events like Sunrise Social. Good movement, good people.
All Levels Welcome - Total beginner or pro, doesn’t matter. Kids, adults, everyone’s got a spot here. Just show up, we’ll figure out the rest.
