I believe strength is for everyone, but how you get there is totally personal. At Knox, you’ll never get a cookie-cutter plan. I’ll sit with you, figure out what actually fits your life, and shape your training around your experience—doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out, stuck with injury rehab training, or chasing that next PR.

What We Offer

  • Start with the basics, or dive right into advanced stuff.
  • One day, you might be working on handstands or calisthenics personal coaching. Another, you’re smashing a boxing and kickboxing training session.
  • Our crew covers strength and conditioning coach support, kettlebell flows, and even Olympic lifts for those who want to get technical.
  • If you’re coming back from an injury or just want to move pain-free, our REBUILD program is there.
  • Athletes, weekend warriors, or just someone trying to get moving again—there’s a coach here for you.

My Story

We’re Knox. Started with a simple idea - fitness should feel personal, but the vibe’s gotta be collective. Tired of those cookie-cutter gyms, we built a spot where you get a plan made just for you, but you’re never on your own. It’s the people here - like Karishma, Aashish, the whole crew - who make it. You’ll find high-fives, laughs, maybe lose track of time. It’s more than just lifting weights or boxing rounds. You’ll probably stay longer than you meant to.

Truly Personal Training - No generic plans. Our coaches build your program from scratch, whether you want to get stronger, leaner, or just feel better.

The Lab: Group Classes - Mix it up with group boxing sessions, Animal Flow classes, strength, HIIT, and more. Every class, different energy.

Community, Not Just Gym - We train together, prep for HYROX, run marathons, and hang out at events like Sunrise Social. Good movement, good people.

All Levels Welcome - Total beginner or pro, doesn’t matter. Kids, adults, everyone’s got a spot here. Just show up, we’ll figure out the rest.
