Log aate hain as strangers, but trust me, you’ll leave as part of the crew. The energy here is wild - we cheer, we push, and we celebrate every win, big or small. Nobody’s judging, everyone’s just trying to beat their own best.

What Happens in 60 Minutes

  • Warm-up: No skipping. We get your body ready, every time.
  • WOD (Workout of the Day): The main show. Movements change daily, so you never get bored. Expect everything from squats to box jumps.
  • Cool-down: Stretching and mobility work. Yeh mandatory hai (this is mandatory) - helps you recover and keeps injuries away.

Who Can Join?

Beginner-friendly CrossFit classes, always. Doesn’t matter if you’re 18 or 61. Like Aarti mam, who started with knee pain and now deadlifts 70 kgs. We scale every workout, so you go at your own pace.

Training Style

  • Functional fitness community: We use sleds, tires, ropes, and more to build real strength.
  • Group strength training sessions: Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells - all with focus on form.
  • Cardio, agility, and core work mixed in. You’ll sweat, but you’ll also laugh.

My Commitment

I’m always watching your form, giving tips, and making sure you’re safe. Just show up regularly - baaki main dekh lunga (I’ll handle the rest).

My Story

Started Raw CrossFit 6 saal pehle (6 years ago), feeling super grateful for the gym family we’ve built. People walk in, strangers, but leave cheering for each other, sharing Holi colours, and stories. I’ve walked the tough fitness road myself - from 92kg to 83kg, sticking to daily steps and simple routines. Sach bataun (truth be told), seeing folks like Aarti mam, 61, go from barely walking to deadlifting 70kg, that’s my real high. We’re here for strong bodies, but even stronger lives.
