Single Class Drop-in Pass
Class Details
- One-time entry to any single scheduled group fitness class.
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes depending on the activity.
- Options include Zumba, Power Yoga, Stepper Aerobics, Bollywood Dance, HIIT, or Crossfit.
Studio & Equipment
- Access to climate-controlled studio with wooden laminate or rubberized turf flooring.
- Complimentary use of aerobic steppers, kettlebells, medicine balls, and shared mats.
- Access to changing rooms and post-workout shower facilities.
Instruction
- Session led by a certified instructor providing form correction and choreography cues.

- Disciplines cover Zumba, Bhangra, Bollywood Freestyle, Stepper Aerobics, Crossfit, Kettlebell, and Power Yoga.

My Story
We’re BodyWoke. Not your usual gym, yaar. Dekho, hamare trainers full friendly hain (our trainers are super friendly), koi judge nahi karega (no one judges). You walk in, you feel the vibe, like ghar ki feeling (like home). We started this because solo workouts get boring, sometimes risky too. We cheer for every win, every inch lost.
