Class Vibes

Daily classes, all different, so you never get stuck in a rut. Dance fitness sessions (Zumba, Bhangra, Bollywood Freestyle) are full of masti, perfect for burning calories without feeling like a chore. If you’re into stretching and balance, Power Yoga hits that sweet spot for strength and chill in one go.

For those who want something intense, our high-intensity interval training for groups - Tabata, Stepper Aerobics, agility drills - is all about max results in less time. And if building muscle’s your thing, we mix it up with Abs squads, Kettlebells, CrossFit, and Medicine Ball circuits. Functional fitness community feels, for real.

How We Roll

My Story

We’re BodyWoke. Not your usual gym, yaar. Dekho, hamare trainers full friendly hain (our trainers are super friendly), koi judge nahi karega (no one judges). You walk in, you feel the vibe, like ghar ki feeling (like home). We started this because solo workouts get boring, sometimes risky too. We cheer for every win, every inch lost. Our 'Biggest Loser' fitness challenge? That’s about pushing together, celebrating real change. Yeh jagah hai aapki fitness revolution (this place is your fitness revolution).
