At 367 Crossfit, we’re not chasing six packs, we’re chasing the ability to move, lift, and live well - for life, not just for summer. Our approach is all about functional fitness training that actually prepares you for real stuff, not just gym mirrors.

What Happens in Class

Coach-led workout sessions mean every day is fresh. No boring routines. We start with warm-ups and mobility, then get into strength work and skill practice - could be deadlifts, handstands, anything. The last part? High-intensity interval training that tests your limits, but leaves you feeling pumped.

Our Crew: The 367 Vibe

The best part is the people. Sab apne hi hain (everyone feels like family). You’ll sweat, laugh, and struggle together. Saturday Community WODs are always a blast - we hit group workout motivation hard, pushing each other past what we thought possible.

Ek baat batao (tell me honestly), worried you won’t keep up? Intensity is what you make it. Scalable exercises for beginners means we adjust everything to you. Whether you’re new or a pro, our coaches make sure you get a safe, solid workout. Bas, aaja try kar (Just come and try).

What We Do

We mix up weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning. Sometimes it’s barbell work, sometimes it’s burpees, rowing, or box jumps. You won’t get bored, but you will get better.

My Story

People walk into our box and think, ‘Arre yaar, yeh toh mushkil hai’ (man, this looks tough). We’ve seen new moms, skinny folks, all kinds, doubting themselves. But here, we skip the mirrors. No judgment, just discovering what your body can do. You start loving those small wins. Subah uth ke aane ka mann karta hai (you actually want to wake up and come here). Give commitment, get freedom.
