We don’t do generic plans here. Our BUILD program focuses on the fundamentals that actually get you strong, helping you move better and lift with confidence.
This is BUILD, our fundamental strength and conditioning class. We focus on building a solid foundation with classic lifts and movements to help you get stronger, prevent injury, and improve your overall fitness.
Discipline is what carries you when motivation fades. Here, a member demonstrates perfect deadlift form, a core exercise in our BUILD program for developing powerful posterior chain strength.
Getting better every day. This member is using a trap bar for deadlifts, a great variation that is easier on the lower back while still building serious strength and power. Progress is the goal.
Putting in the work with a variety of movements. This sequence shows a member performing barbell lunges, wall balls, and incline push-ups, all part of a comprehensive strength and conditioning circuit.
Pushing for progress with a sled push, one of the most effective exercises for building full-body strength and conditioning. It's tough, but the results are worth it.
Growth is not a straight line. This member pushes through a challenging sled workout, a key part of our conditioning program designed to build mental and physical resilience.
Half the win is showing up. This member tackles box jumps, a powerful plyometric exercise we use to develop explosive power and athletic performance.
Effort fuels progress. Watch as a member performs resisted bear crawls, an advanced core and shoulder stability exercise that challenges the entire body.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. A member works on her pull-ups, a benchmark of upper body strength that we help you build towards, one rep at a time.
Progress, not perfection. We focus on consistent effort and proper form, like in this dumbbell step-up, to help you build strength safely and effectively over time.
About BUILD: Strength & Conditioning
In our BUILD sessions, we maintain a tight 1:15 coach-to-member ratio. You aren't left to guess your form or follow a chart on the wall; your coach is right there spotting your squats and deadlifts, ensuring you add weight safely and build power without compromising your technique.
Our approach to strength training isn't about crushing yourself with random movements. It is built on the principle of progressive overload. In these sessions, we focus on compound lifts like deadlifts, lunges, and pull-ups to build a functional foundation that transfers to your daily life outside the gym.
The Lab* Environment
We run these sessions inside The Lab*. You won't find fluorescent lights and bored faces here. Expect mood lighting, curated playlists, and a crew that actually wants to be there. Whether you are hitting a dedicated 'Leg Day' or working through a 'Push & Pull' cycle, the energy remains high. We provide all the gear—kettlebells, Torque Tank sleds, and heavy-duty racks—so you just need to show up ready to work.
Why BUILD Works
Strength is a skill. It requires repetition and consistency. By keeping our classes small, we make sure you hit your reps with intent. We track your progress over 4 to 6-week cycles, so you aren't just guessing if you're getting stronger—you can see it in the weights you lift and the way you feel.

Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched a barbell or an athlete looking to refine your form, our coaches meet you where you are. We are based in Udyog Vihar, and we have built a space where everyone, from total novices to experienced lifters, has a place to train hard without the ego.
