This is STRIKE, our signature group boxing class. We teach you the fundamentals of boxing, including proper form for punches and footwork, combined with a high-intensity workout that builds power, coordination, and endurance.

Most people think boxing is just endless cardio, but here, it is a skill we build from the ground up. You will not just be hitting the bag; you will be learning the mechanics of a proper punch, your stance, and footwork, balanced with conditioning drills that actually transfer to your daily life. With a 1:15 coach-to-member ratio, you get the attention you need to actually learn, not just sweat.
The STRIKE Approach
At Knox, we split our STRIKE classes into two distinct phases. The first half is technical—this is where we slow things down to teach you the fundamentals. We focus on proper fist alignment, defensive positioning, and how to generate power from your hips rather than just your shoulders.
The second half is where we dial up the intensity. This is pure conditioning designed to boost your cardiovascular endurance, agility, and explosiveness. It is high-energy, fast-paced, and built to leave you completely gassed by the end of the round.

Your First Session
Everything you need for the session is provided, including community gloves and pads. Just bring hand wraps if you have them and a water bottle. We are located in Udyog Vihar, and our classes are designed to fit into your day, whether you are prepping for a workday or unwinding after hours. We track our progressions in cycles, so you are always building toward something new rather than just repeating the same drill.
