What We’re About
At Knox, kids don’t just come in and burn some energy - they start building habits for life. I want my studio to be the place they look forward to every week, not just another box to tick. It’s not about perfect technique or being the fastest. It’s about getting moving, laughing a lot, and slowly seeing themselves get stronger.
How We Build Strength & Confidence
Sessions mix it up every time, so boredom doesn’t stand a chance. We kick off with fun fitness for kids, mixing games, challenges, and real movement. Some days it’s youth strength training - think deadlifts with hex bars, dumbbells, kettlebells. Other days, it’s teen agility workouts with ladders, cones, and reaction drills. There’s always a dose of bodyweight basics like assisted pull-ups, and sometimes we throw in boxing gloves for that extra punch.
The Knox Approach
We focus on athletic development for children from all angles - strength, agility, mobility, and mindset. I believe every kid deserves to feel confident, and that starts with celebrating every small win. Coach Laxman leads most sessions and knows exactly how to make movement feel like play. If your kid walks out sweaty, smiling, and high-fiving, I call that a win. The foundation we build is for now, and for years down the line.

My Story
We’re Knox. Started with a simple idea - fitness should feel personal, but the vibe’s gotta be collective. Tired of those cookie-cutter gyms, we built a spot where you get a plan made just for you, but you’re never on your own. It’s the people here - like Karishma, Aashish, the whole crew - who make it. You’ll find high-fives, laughs, maybe lose track of time. It’s more than just lifting weights or boxing rounds. You’ll probably stay longer than you meant to.
