Monthly All-Access Membership
Batch & Class Access
- Class Types: Walk-in access to scheduled group sessions including Aerobics, Bollywood-style Zumba, and Core/Abs blast.
- Setting: Classes are conducted on the main gym floor (aisle space) amidst general gym activity, not inside a soundproof studio.
- Instruction: High-volume vocal motivation in Hindi/English led by floor instructors.
Equipment & Facility
- Gym Floor: Full usage of treadmills, spin bikes, and strength training stations between 6 AM and 10 PM.
- Class Gear: Shared access to vinyl dumbbells (1kg to 5kg) and standard PVC mats during group sessions.
Basic Amenities
- Infrastructure: Air-conditioned floor with basic changing rooms and lockers (customer must bring own padlock).
- Refreshments: Complimentary access to premix coffee and soup dispenser.
Quarterly Fat Loss Membership
90-Day Validity
- Access: Continuous access for 3 months to all gym facilities and daily group classes.
- Scheduling: Includes morning Aerobics and evening Zumba rotations on a first-come-first-serve basis for floor space.
Training Support
- Guidance: Includes a standard printed workout chart specifically designed for weight loss goals.
- Floor Assistance: General supervision from floor trainers regarding form correction and spotting during heavy lifts.
Floor Specs
- Environment: High-energy atmosphere with loud music systems and full air-conditioning.
- Hygiene: Shared use of gym mats and equipment with access to general changing facilities.

At Fit X Gym, I see group fitness as more than just sweating together - it’s about building a community. Yahan pe (Here), we push each other, cheer for every rep, and laugh through the tough bits. Motivation comes from the group vibe and a bit of masti (fun) in every session.

No one’s left behind - I guide every class personally, shouting out “Come on!” and “Shabash!” whether you’re a newbie or a regular. Sometimes you’ll flop a move, but who cares - we go again. Bas lage raho!
Kaun Aa Sakta Hai (Who’s this for)
Sab ke liye hai (It’s for everyone): men, women, beginners, pros, young or old. Doesn't matter if you’ve never done a burpee before. Just bring your energy. We’ll handle the rest.

My Story
Hello ji! Fit X Gym mein sabka swagat hai (Everyone’s welcome here). This isn’t just a gym, it’s a family health club. Log aate hain, milte hain, mehnat karte hain (People come, meet, work hard), and we cheer for every win—birthday ho ya fitness goal.
