At The Lab, we have ditched the isolation of a typical gym floor for a space built around collective movement. Our sessions are split into specialized tracks: STRIKE for boxing technique and high-output cardio, BUILD for foundational strength and controlled lifts, and MOVE for mobility and flow. Every format is instructor-led, keeping the intensity high and the form tight.

Practical Details
We are based in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. We provide the heavy bags, mats, and kettlebells. Just bring a water bottle and be ready to sweat. Our showers and locker facilities are premium, so you can clean up and get on with your day after the session.
