  • Mat Pilates: Led with technical precision, often alongside our Sports Physio. This focuses on deep core engagement and muscle control, moving way beyond just standard crunches.
  • Yoga Flows: Expect more than just holding poses. We focus on mobility, breathwork, and stability, helping you unlock tight hips and shoulders that typically take a beating during strength cycles.

Why It Works at Knox

We don't do 'soft' sessions just for the sake of it. Everything we do in these classes is meant to translate into better performance in the gym. If you can move better, you can lift better. If you can control your breath, you can push through that final boxing round with more composure.
