Single Class Drop-In
Session Details
- Entry to one scheduled group class (60 Minutes).
- Class options include Zumba, HIIT, Yoga, or Aerobics.
- Access to the functional zone is permitted only during the class duration.
Equipment & Amenities
- Usage of community yoga mats, aerobic steppers, and light weights.
- Access to changing rooms and restrooms.
- Locker usage provided (Note: Customer must bring their own padlock).
- Chilled RO water refill point (Bring your own bottle).
Monthly All-Access Membership
Facility Access
- Unlimited entry to morning and evening group batches (Zumba, Dance Fitness, HIIT, Yoga).
- Full use of cardio machines (treadmills/ellipticals) and weight training zones.
- Access to functional equipment including tire flips, battle ropes, and sled tracks.
Support & Amenities
- General Trainer available for basic machine demonstration (excludes personalized workout tracking).
- Spotting assistance available for heavy lifts.
- Wi-Fi access and use of the steam room.
- Parking available within the shared complex.
Quarterly Membership & Tracking
Core Benefits
- Includes all access privileges of the Monthly Membership valid for 90 days.
- 1 to 2 complimentary guest passes per quarter.
- Priority booking slots for high-demand evening classes.
Progress Monitoring
- Monthly Body Composition Analysis (BCA) to track BMI, fat percentage, and muscle mass.
- Staff assistance for recording body inch-loss measurements.
- Access to a standardized template diet chart (Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian) based on fitness goals.

- HIIT & Functional Training is for those who love the burn - mountain climbers, monkey jumps, the works. Wednesdays 7 PM is HIIT night.
- Got that CrossFit itch? We’ve set up a full zone for you to go beast mode.
- Yoga and Aerobics for folks who want flexibility and some zen, or just a switch from cardio.
