HYROX Prep & Workshops

I'm deep into HYROX - that global fitness race where you run and crush functional workouts. If you're up for a proper challenge:

  • My 6-week HYROX prep program mixes live group sessions at our Gurgaon studio with a full weekly plan. You’ll get WhatsApp support for accountability and feedback.
  • The HYROX training workshop is a single-day intro - 2.5 hours where you learn race techniques, tackle a mini challenge, and get all your doubts sorted.

Knox Run Club: Online Accelerator

You want to run smarter, not just harder? My online running accelerator programs are built for both 10K and 21K distances.

  • Weekly plans on WhatsApp, designed for running injury prevention.
  • Mix of speed, tempo, long runs and runner-focused strength sessions.
  • Personal feedback, not a copy-paste plan. You pick: 9 weeks for 10K or 16 weeks for 21K.

My Story

We’re Knox. Started with a simple idea - fitness should feel personal, but the vibe’s gotta be collective. Tired of those cookie-cutter gyms, we built a spot where you get a plan made just for you, but you’re never on your own. It’s the people here - like Karishma, Aashish, the whole crew - who make it. You’ll find high-fives, laughs, maybe lose track of time. It’s more than just lifting weights or boxing rounds. You’ll probably stay longer than you meant to.

What We Offer - Personal Training, Group Classes (Boxing, Animal Flow, Strength & Conditioning, Mat Pilates, Yoga), Open Gym, Kids Training, HYROX training program, Run Accelerator.

Truly Personal Training - No generic plans. Our coaches build your program from scratch, whether you want to get stronger, leaner, or just feel better.

The Lab: Group Classes - Mix it up with group boxing sessions, Animal Flow classes, strength, HIIT, and more. Every class, different energy.

Community, Not Just Gym - We train together, prep for HYROX, run marathons, and hang out at events like Sunrise Social. Good movement, good people.

All Levels Welcome - Total beginner or pro, doesn’t matter. Kids, adults, everyone’s got a spot here. Just show up, we’ll figure out the rest.
