6-Week HYROX Prep Course
Core Training & Coaching

- Technique Workshops: Breakdown of the 8 fundamental Hyrox movements (Sled Push/Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, etc.) to maximize mechanical efficiency.
- Race Simulations: Compromised running drills (running immediately after heavy leg work) to mimic race-day fatigue.
- Comprehensive Weekly Programming: A structured training plan for the remaining 5 days of the week (delivered digitally) to build aerobic base and strength outside of class.
Facility & Equipment Access
- Official Hyrox Gear: Usage of competition-standard equipment including Concept 2 Rowers, Concept 2 SkiErgs, weighted sleds, and wall balls ensuring race-day familiarity.
- Studio Access: Access to the studio floor during the scheduled live sessions.

- Pacing Strategy: Personalized advice on split times and transition speeds based on your fitness level.
- Accountability Group: 24/7 access to the coach and cohort via messaging app for motivation, questions, and gear advice.

- Structured Training Block: A progressive 9-week (10K focus) or 16-week (Half Marathon focus) schedule designed to peak exactly on race day.
- Hybrid Schedule: Weekly plan consisting of 3 specific run sessions (Speed, Tempo, Long Run) and 3 Strength & Conditioning sessions.
- Strength for Runners: Access to specific workout routines (via video/app) targeting glutes, core, and stability to prevent common runner injuries.
- Indoor Options: Modifications provided for treadmill training during bad weather conditions.
Expert Feedback & Community
- Coach Access: Direct digital line to the coach for pace adjustments, form checks via video submission, and shoe recommendations.

You want to run smarter, not just harder? My online running accelerator programs are built for both 10K and 21K distances.

My Story
We’re Knox. Started with a simple idea - fitness should feel personal, but the vibe’s gotta be collective. Tired of those cookie-cutter gyms, we built a spot where you get a plan made just for you, but you’re never on your own. It’s the people here - like Karishma, Aashish, the whole crew - who make it. You’ll find high-fives, laughs, maybe lose track of time. It’s more than just lifting weights or boxing rounds. You’ll probably stay longer than you meant to.
