The Lab*: Group Class Energy

This is where the magic happens. The Lab* is our dedicated space for group classes, featuring dynamic lighting and curated playlists to create an immersive workout experience. We offer a mix of classes from high-intensity interval training to strength circuits, ensuring every session is effective and engaging.

BUILD: Strength & Conditioning

Our BUILD classes are the foundation of our strength programming. We focus on fundamental lifts, progressive overload, and proper technique to help you build real, functional strength. These sessions include dedicated "Leg Day" and "Push & Pull" workouts to ensure a balanced approach.

STRIKE: Boxing & Kickboxing

Our STRIKE classes are a high-energy mix of authentic boxing technique and intense cardio conditioning. The first half of the class is dedicated to skill work on the bags, while the second half pushes your endurance and agility. It's perfect for anyone looking to learn a new skill, burn calories, and relieve stress.

MOVE: Mobility & Flow

Our MOVE classes are designed to improve the way your body feels and performs. These sessions are experimental and focus on unconventional training methods to build resilience. This cluster includes Animal Flow, kettlebell flows, and targeted mobility work to enhance joint health, flexibility, and body control.

Mind & Body: Yoga & Mat Pilates

Find your balance with our Mind & Body classes. We offer both Yoga and Mat Pilates sessions designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and promote mental clarity. These classes provide a perfect counterbalance to our high-intensity training.
