Pricing Guide
Single Class Pass
Access & Duration
- Valid for one scheduled group class (60 minutes).
- Choice of available formats: Bollywood Fitness, Zumba, Bhangra, or Functional Strength.
Facility & Gear
- Access to air-conditioned studio floor.
- Includes use of shared gear: vinyl-coated dumbbells, resistance tubes, agility ladders, and cones.
- Note: Flooring is standard vitrified tile; cushioned footwear is mandatory for impact protection.
- Open cubby storage provided for bags and shoes.
Safety & Supervision
- Brief pre-class consultation regarding injuries or physical limitations.
- Instructor-led session with form correction.
Monthly Weekday Membership
Schedule & Format
- Classes held Monday through Friday (5 days/week).
- Access restricted to a specific chosen time slot (Morning or Evening) to ensure batch consistency.
Workout Rotation
- Cardio: Bollywood Fitness, Bhangra, and Zumba (High BPM).
- Toning: Functional training using light weights and bodyweight exercises.
- Recovery: Functional Yoga and Mat Pilates for core strength.
Oversight & Amenities
- Physio-aware supervision for joint safety (knees/back).
- Basic weight tracking and monthly endurance check-ins.
- Shared use of yoga mats and stability balls.
Quarterly Value Plan (3 Months)
Membership Benefits
- Valid for 3 consecutive months (approx. 60-65 sessions).
- Offers the lowest effective monthly cost compared to standard plans.
- Priority reservation for high-demand time slots (e.g., 7:30 PM or 6:30 AM).
Training & Progression
- Full access to all rotating formats: Bolly-fit, HIIT, Agility Drills, and Strength.
- Focus on progressive choreography learning over multiple weeks.
Additional Support
- General nutritional advice and fitness lifestyle tips (does not include personalized diet plans).
- Occasional guest passes for specific weekend or special event classes.

Why Our Classes Feel Different
At MotionRX, I turn workouts into a celebration. No strict gym vibes, just a lot of music, movement, and laughs. My classes are like a dance party - you can leave your stress at the door and just enjoy moving with others. Jab vibe high hoti hai, nobody feels awkward, even if you’ve got two left feet.
What We Actually Do
- Each week has a mix, so it's never the same thing twice. One day it could be dance cardio for beginners, the next day some HIIT or resistance bands.
- Love Bollywood? We drop those thumkas and Bhangra beats, and yes, you’ll sweat on your favorite tracks.
- We don’t skip strength. Dumbbells and bands come out for toning, and we always sneak in core work or a bit of Pilates.
- Cool-down is never rushed - stretching, sometimes a quick yoga flow, and always a round of taliyan (claps) for everyone.

It’s honestly for anyone who wants to move, not just gym regulars. Our ladies-only fitness batches have a strong girl gang feel, but there’s space for everyone - total beginners, dance lovers, and even those who haven’t worked out in years.

I work with physio-led fitness classes so you’re moving right, not risking injury. If you’ve had past injuries or worries, I get it - we keep things safe and fun.
Where We Meet
We run regular and weekend group sessions at our Noida and Delhi studios, and sometimes at local societies. So, if you want to try a Bollywood-inspired workout routine, you’ll probably find us nearby!

Hey, we’re MotionRX. If you love 90s Bollywood, you’ll fit right in! Our studio started because we wanted a place where sweat and smiles go hand in hand. Dance here is about the vibe, not just the steps. People from 4 to 64 come, lose themselves to the beat, and leave happier.
