About Our Class Schedule

Our schedule changes every month to keep your body guessing and your progress moving forward. Whether you’re coming in for a 6 AM STRIKE session or an evening MOVE class, you can book your slot 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your spot in our peak-hour batches. We keep the groups small so the coaching stays personal, which means the most popular classes fill up fast.

How Our Programming Works

We don’t believe in repeating the same workout forever. The Lab* schedule is built on variety, designed to make you stronger, faster, and more resilient. We rotate our class formats so you get a mix of strength, endurance, and mobility throughout your week.

The Formats

  • BUILD (Strength & Conditioning): Focused on fundamentals like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses. Perfect if you’re looking to get stronger or lean out.
  • STRIKE (Boxing): Half-skill, half-cardio. You’ll learn actual boxing technique on the bags while hitting peak heart rate zones.
  • MOVE (Mobility & Flow): This is where we work on longevity. Expect Animal Flow, kettlebell flows, and deep stretching to keep your joints healthy and your movement fluid.
  • HIIT: High-energy circuits designed to blast through your endurance plateaus.

Tips for Your First Week

If you’re new to the studio, we recommend starting with a mix of BUILD and MOVE to see how your body recovers. Our coaches are always on the floor to adjust movements based on your experience level. Don't worry about the gear—we’ve got the mats, bags, and weights. Just bring a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and your energy.

If you have a 10-Class Flexi Pack, you can swap between formats whenever you want. Just make sure to manage your credits within the 45-60 day window to keep your momentum going.
