Standard Access Pass (8-12 Sessions)
Class Credits & Validity
- Volume: Choice of 8 or 12 sessions strictly valid for a 4-week cycle.
- Frequency: Designed for users attending 2 to 3 times per week.
Workout Formats
- Functional Strength: Weights, kettlebells, and body mechanics.
- HIIT & Conditioning: High-intensity cardio circuits using air bikes and rowers.
- Skill Classes: Boxing/Kickboxing (bag work) and Aerial Yoga (hammock-based mobility).
Studio Amenities
- Class Specs: 45 to 60 minutes per session with 10-15 participants.
- Facilities: Access to changing rooms, lockers, and filtered water stations.
- Gear: Usage of all floor equipment including mats, blocks, and gloves.
Unlimited Monthly Membership

- Access: Unrestricted booking rights to all group classes for 28 days.
- Scheduling: Ability to book daily slots without credit rationing (subject to capacity).
Hybrid Training Utility
- Variety: Ideal for mixing high-impact sessions (Boxing/HIIT) with active recovery (Aerial Yoga/Mobility).

Why I Love This Space

What Happens in Class
We switch things up every session - you’ll get a mix of functional group training, HIIT workout classes, and all-round sweat fests. Expect kettlebell swings, dumbbell lunges, cardio bursts, and everything that makes you stronger for real life. No dull routines here, promise.
Who Fits In?
Honestly, anyone. Doesn’t matter if you’re starting out or you’ve been training forever. Trainers are chill, will help you with form, and won’t let you feel out of place. Loads of women here lift together and push each other. Everyone’s welcome - bas, just show up.

My Story
We’re Bryk Studio, not just a gym—more like a big, slightly sweaty family. When we kicked off, we wanted a spot that felt like home, not just dumbbells and mirrors. Now, it’s all laughter, chaos, badminton breaks, and people pushing past their limits. Everyone’s welcome—first-timers, pros, 20s, 40s, 60s, whoever. You’ll probably be sore, but you’ll never feel left out. Here, you’re part of the tribe.
