- Staffing: 1 Lead Instructor plus floor assistants for hands-on adjustment.
Facility & Hardware
- Flooring: Professional sprung wooden floors for shock absorption.
- Inventory Access: Full use of teak wood bricks, industrial belts, wall ropes, and bolsters.
- Maintenance: Rate covers the mandatory sanitation and facility upkeep fee.

What Makes Iyengar Yoga Different With Me
- Alignment is everything. If your body isn't lined up, energy leaks out (pran shakti goes for a toss). That's where trouble starts.
- We use props - blocks, belts, chairs, all that stuff. Not because you can't do it, but because it helps every kind of body get into the right position. So if you're stiff, injured, or just new, you won't feel left out.
- Every asana is done with focus. No mechanical movements. You move with intention, like my Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar taught. It becomes meditation, not just exercise.

Doesn't matter if you’re a total newbie or have been practicing for years. I run all-level Iyengar Yoga classes. Beginners get a solid start, learning basics and Iyengar Yoga alignment techniques. If you’re returning or advanced, we go deeper, using props for beginners and pros alike.

My Story
Kabhi socha tha, bistar par 12 saal kaise aayi? Pehle toh sab normal tha. Nivedita, always laughing, playing. Fir ek din, zameen par baithi, uth nahi paayi. Tab samajh aaya, body aur mind ki jo connection hai, voh bahut gehra hai. Hum khud hi apne andar blockages bana lete hain. Agar aap ready ho, toh hum bhi taiyaar.
