Where Things Go Haywire
Every day, juggling ka stress (the stress of juggling) can mess up your energy and body alignment. Suddenly, period pain, headaches, PCOS, and fatigue show up and everyone just tells you to “deal with it.” Not happening. I use Iyengar yoga to fix that alignment, so your energy stays where it should. Chairs, belts, bolsters - all these props are tools to help you get it right, not shortcuts.

My Story
