For me, yoga is not just about twisting and stretching. It’s a way to connect your body, breath, and mind. I work with you on every layer - from the physical (Sthoola sharir) to the subtle (Sookshma sharir) and deeper (Karana sharir) aspects. The main thing is feeling good in your own skin, not chasing some Instagram pose.
Who Can Join?
People often say, “I’m not flexible!” Honestly, flexibility doesn’t matter. If you’re willing, that’s all you need. Yoga is for anyone who wants to start, so don’t say nahi hoga (it won’t happen). Just come with an open mind and let’s see where it goes.

My Approach
I focus a lot on technique and alignment, using Iyengar yoga props like ropes, chairs, and blocks. This helps you understand each posture, whether you’re just starting or refining a tough pose. We include pranayama and meditation so you feel calm, not just stretched.

Yoga isn’t magic. Some days are easy, some days are tough. Aap bas prayaas keejiye (Just make an effort), and you’ll notice the change. Slowly, you’ll feel stronger, more peaceful, and yes, much healthier.
