- Inventory: Full access to Yoga Wheels (backbends), wooden bricks, straps, and bolsters.

- Studio: Air-conditioned basement space with shock-absorbing wooden laminate flooring.
- Ambiance: Full-length alignment mirrors and LED mood lighting for meditation.

I’ll be honest, it’s not always easy. You’ll be challenged, and sometimes you’ll mess up. That’s normal. I’m always here with hands-on help so your alignment stays safe. We laugh off the hard bits and keep showing up - consistency is everything here, not excuses.

My Story
Har Har Mahadev! People see the fancy poses, but not the tumbles and laughs behind them. For me, yoga is about bruised knees, self-acceptance, and a lot of faith in Mahadev ji. Shareer hi asli sampatti hai (body is real wealth). I trust my practice, my hard work, and Mahadev. No drama, just breathing, falling, getting up, and finding light inside. I’m not here to impress, just to help you find your own way back to yourself.
My Work
Yoga Classes for All Levels - We teach Hatha yoga for beginners, Vinyasa, aerial yoga sessions, power yoga, Iyengar yoga with props, and pranayama meditation.
Consistency, Not Perfection - You won't get it in a day. We fall, we laugh, we try again. Humne kar dikhaya (we did it!).
Mind-Body Therapy - Yoga here is more than poses - it’s discipline, stability, and therapy for mind and body.
Partner Yoga Fun - Love partner flows, especially with mahila mitra (female friends). We call it Girlyy Therapy.
Beginner to Advanced - Doesn’t matter if you’re new or advanced, we’ll find your flow together.
