Iyengar Yoga Alignment Classes
Our main specialty is Iyengar yoga. Nishant Sir, our co-founder, leads these and focuses on alignment. We use props like blocks, straps, and ropes - not cheating! They help you get deeper, safer, and feel the pose, no matter your flexibility.
Holistic Approach
It's not just asanas (postures). Pranayam (breathing) and dhyan (meditation) are always part of our classes. We also teach Hatha, Ashtanga, and Power yoga. If you love your shareer (body), saans (breath), and aatma (soul), this mix is for you.

My Story
Namaskar, hum Yogiparivaar hain - yogiyon ka parivaar. Delhi ki tez zindagi mein, humne ek aisi jagah banayi hai jahan sirf yoga nahi, parivaar ka ehsaas milta hai. Jab koi keh deta hai ki unki medical condition ya mental peace improve hui, wahi humari asli kamai hai. Hamare students sirf India se nahi, USA, South Korea se bhi online judte hain. Sab ek parivaar ki tarah, ek dusre ko support karte hain. Yeh hi humara mission hai.
