Assisted Manual Therapy

My Approach
Your body knows how to heal, but sometimes needs a nudge in the right direction. I use Iyengar Yoga to help you manage pain or injuries, not just mask them. We get into the root of things - posture, alignment, daily habits, even what's going on emotionally.
What Makes My Yoga Therapy Different
- Alignment is the first thing I look at. If your posture is off, it’s like paani gir gaya (water spilled) - energy leaks and pain starts.
- I use props - chairs, ropes, blocks, belts - to support you, even if moving hurts. These aren’t shortcuts, they’re tools to help you get the position right without making things worse.
- Creating space matters. When your joints and spine are cramped, pain hangs around. I help open things up so your Pran Shakti (energy) can flow and start healing.

One Important Thing
If you’ve got lower back or disc issues, avoid running or long walks for now. Pehle nerve pressure release karo, core muscles strong karo (First, release the nerve pressure, then strengthen the core muscles). Only then get back to your routine, pain-free.
