Yogakshema is my sanctuary in Delhi. It is not just a studio; it is where the practice of Iyengar Yoga meets stillness. Whether you are walking through our garden or stepping onto the mat, you will find the clarity to align your body and calm your mind.

A sanctuary of peace and mindfulness. Our center, Yogakshema, is surrounded by tranquil waters and lush greenery, inviting you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

About Our Studio & Community

This studio was built to be more than just a place to practice. When you walk into Yogakshema in Mandi House, you will notice the sprung wooden floors and the specific layout designed for Iyengar props like wall ropes and teak bricks. This environment is not for show; it is a tool. We keep our batches small, typically 15 to 20 students, so that I can see every micro-adjustment you make and ensure you are not just exercising, but truly aligning.
