About Yoga for Mental & Emotional Wellness

I see the body as a map of the mind—whatever you’re holding inside will show up somewhere, even if you don’t notice at first. Stress, anxiety, old disappointments, grief, they all collect in the body. Sometimes it comes out as back pain, headaches, or just feeling stuck, emotionally or physically.

How I Work

I use Iyengar yoga because it’s precise and practical. If your body’s out of alignment, so is your energy—like trying to pour chai from a kettle that’s not lined up right, half of it spills. We use props like chairs and belts as tools, not cheats, to help you learn the right form and to support you when things feel tough. This way, anyone can safely start, no matter your flexibility or experience.

What You’ll Experience

  • We focus on yoga for stress relief and anxiety, using breath work and posture to calm your system.
  • Certain poses help with trauma release, especially those that open your chest and heart.
  • Over time, you’ll probably notice more confidence and resilience off the mat too.

Keepin’ it Real

This isn’t a shortcut or a one-session fix. You’ll hit roadblocks, and sometimes it’ll feel slow. But it’s natural, drug-free, and gets to the root. I’m here to support you in every step, online or at my Delhi centre, so you’re not alone as you learn to listen to your own body and mind.

My Story

Kabhi socha tha, bistar par 12 saal kaise aayi? Pehle toh sab normal tha. Nivedita, always laughing, playing. Fir ek din, zameen par baithi, uth nahi paayi. Tab samajh aaya, body aur mind ki jo connection hai, voh bahut gehra hai. Hum khud hi apne andar blockages bana lete hain. Agar aap ready ho, toh hum bhi taiyaar. Mera haath hamesha madad ke liye badhega. Saath chalo, milke badlenge.

Break Emotional Blockages - Emotions body mein chipke rehte hain. Through practice, we work on chakras and help release these blockages.
