I learned from the best—B.K.S. Iyengar, Geetaji, and Prashantji. For me, yoga isn’t just a workout, it’s a way to understand yourself. I guide you to use each asana (pose) as a tool, not just to stretch, but to actually explore what's happening inside you.

What Makes Iyengar Yoga Special

  • Focus on alignment-based yoga classes. I’m a stickler for precision—getting the details right so your body’s safe and your mind’s clear.
  • Props are everywhere here. Blocks, belts, chairs, and even the rope wall at our studio in Delhi. These aren’t shortcuts—they help everyone, whether you’re stiff or just want to go deeper.
  • Every class is sequenced carefully, with just the right mix of challenge and rest. We hold poses long enough for you to really feel what’s happening.

Online & In-Studio

You can join me at the studio in Qutub Institutional Area (Delhi) for the full Iyengar experience, including the rope wall and props. Or, jump into live Zoom sessions if you’re far away—yes, it’s different, but I give step-by-step instructions to keep you safe and focused. Therapeutic Iyengar yoga online is totally possible with the right guidance.

My Story

Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar’s words kinda stuck with me: yoga ferried me from confusion to clarity. I’m Amina, certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, but honestly, always a student first. What I share isn’t just mine - it’s passed down, guru to student, old-school style. Every pose, every breath, it’s about connecting body, mind, soul. Discipline, yes, but also kindness to yourself. My job? Just holding space, passing on what my teachers gave me. We’re all just finding that little spark inside.
