Training Focus
- Core Style: Hatha Yoga fundamentals and Surya Namaskar sequences.
- Correction: Manual tactile adjustments for alignment (spine lengthening, hip positioning).
- Breathwork: Includes 5 to 10 minutes of Pranayama and Savasana.

- Group Size: Small batches (8 to 12 students).
- Props: Usage of cork/foam blocks, straps, and bolsters.

About Yoga for All Levels
I see yoga as more than movement—it's about finding balance in your own way. My approach is rooted in the idea of Yogah karmasu kaushalam (skill in action), which means what we learn on the mat should help us outside the studio too. For me, yoga is a daily thing, not just a workout.
What to Expect
Classes at Abhyaas mix Hatha Yoga foundations with Power Yoga for a full mind-body experience. I keep things real: flexibility, strength, and even balance don't come overnight, but we work on them together. No one needs to be a pro from day one. Honestly, most people start with tight hamstrings or stiff backs—arre, darre kyon hai? (why be scared?).
How We Practice
- All levels welcome—bilkul beginner ho ya thoda experience ho, sab chalega (whether you're a total beginner or have some experience, it's all good)
- Focus on posture, alignment, and safety with hands-on support
- Learn guided pranayama for all levels to connect breath and mind
- Small group classes, both in-studio (Pitampura) and live online
- Special batches for kids and teens to make yoga a family thing

My Story
People call me a yoga instructor, but I say guide. Born in Delhi, but my heart—always wandering in Uttarakhand hills. My motto? 'bₑ ₕₐₚₚy ₐₙd ⱼᵤₛₜ bₑ ₕₐₚₚy.' I studied hard—Delhi University, cleared NET thrice—but real yoga isn’t in books. It’s on the mat, in breath, in falling and getting up. Like I always say, ‘darre kyon hai?’ Just practice, learn, repeat. That’s my story.
