Single Trial Access
Session Specifics
- Duration: 60 Minutes of guided practice valid for morning or evening batches.
- Assessment: Includes a brief consultation with the instructor to discuss flexibility goals or issues like Sciatica and PCOD.
- Fee Credit: The trial fee is typically deducted from the total if a monthly membership is purchased immediately after.
Studio Amenities
- Mat Space: Guaranteed spot in the air-conditioned main hall.
- Props: Use of studio-owned equipment including foam/wooden blocks, straps, and bolsters.
- Mirrors: Full-length mirrors available for posture self-correction.
Monthly Hybrid Membership
Class Structure
- Frequency: Access to classes Monday through Friday (approx. 20-22 sessions per month).
- Styles: Mix of Traditional Hatha (holding postures) and dynamic Ashtanga flows (Sun Salutations).
- Therapy: Integrated modifications for joint pain, PCOD, PCOS, and Cervical Spondylosis.
Fitness & Equipment
- Strength: Includes light weight training with dumbbells and kettlebells.
- Conditioning: Use of traditional Indian equipment like Mudgar (Clubs) and Hanuman Dand.
- Cardio: Step-aerobics utilizing studio step-boards and core-focused floor work.
Breathwork
- Techniques: Sessions conclude with Pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati) and mantra chanting.
Quarterly Skill & Fitness Plan
Program Commitment
- Duration: Valid for 3 consecutive months (Mon-Fri).
- Volume: Total access to approximately 60-65 guided sessions.
- Health Management: Designed for sustained management of lifestyle issues like Thyroid, BP, or Diabetes.
Advanced Skill Focus
- Inversions: Progression toward advanced asanas like Shirshasana (Headstand) and Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm stand).
- Safety: Includes spotter assistance for safe progression into difficult poses.
- Toning: Cumulative effect of HIIT yoga and step aerobics for visible weight management.
Studio Access
- Full Usage: Access to all specialized props including yoga wheels and straps.

Why I Teach Yoga
For me, yoga isn’t just exercise - it’s a way to heal, rebalance, and connect. At Adi Anant Yoga Studio, we’re like a family, with a mix of positive vibes and honest conversations. Main kisi ko test nahi karta, main yoga ke through tarashta hoon. (I don’t test anyone, I help sculpt you with yoga.) No matter where you are, I meet you there.
What to Expect in Class
- Every day, we blend ancient Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with modern moves to keep things interesting.
- You’ll learn foundational asanas (postures) for strength and flexibility, with props if you’re new. Don’t stress if you can’t touch your toes yet.
- Pranayama and dhyan (breathwork and meditation classes) are a core part of what we do. We use things like alternate-nostril breathing and AUM chanting to cut down stress and boost focus.
- Sometimes, we go beyond the mat with core workouts, mudgar (mace) training, and Hanuman Dand for those who want a real challenge.
All Levels Welcome
- Beginners: Step-by-step basics, lots of support, no judgment.
- Intermediate: More challenging poses, hands-on help to get your alignment right, maybe even try a headstand.
- Advanced: Push limits with arm balances, deep flexibility, and advanced yoga postures.

People ask about our journey, so here goes. Yeh kahani ek sachchi ghatna par hai (this story is true). For us, yoga and meditation pulled us out from darkness. Satya ke marg par (on truth’s path), you find peace inside—not just by sitting, but by diving deep. Jahaan shaanti hai, wahaan aatma se milan hota hai (where there’s peace, there’s union with soul). That’s why we started Adi Anant Yoga Studio. It’s not just a studio, it’s a spiritual home. Shiva’s energy flows here. This is our way to help you heal, body-mind-spirit.
