My Yoga Approach

I’m Karuna Ahuja. I started yoga when back and neck pain made daily life tough. Ab toh bilkul perfect mehsoos karti hoon (Now I feel absolutely perfect). I believe, pehla sukh nirogi kaya (first happiness is a healthy body). Yoga goes way beyond exercise - it’s about healing, inside and out. I want to help you get a swasth shareer (healthy body) and a calm mind, nothing fancy, just real benefits.

What Happens in Class

• We start with Hatha Yoga basics: asanas for stability, pranayama for breath
• Move into Power Yoga and Vinyasa for stamina and flow - inhale karke up, exhale karke down
• Props like belts, blocks, and yoga wheels help you go deeper, safely
• Sometimes I give hands-on help or pair you up for partner stretches - sab milke karte hain (we do it together)

Extra Mile for the Curious

Advanced yogis get special sessions - inversions, arm balances, deep backbends, sometimes with visiting masters.

How We Practice

• Online ya studio dono ka option hai (Both online and studio options)
• Most classes are group yoga classes for stress relief and community vibe
• I watch and adjust, so you’re always safe
• Kabhi kabhi bahar bhi yoga hota hai (Sometimes we take it outdoors)

My Story

Namaskar, hum Aura Yog Centre wale. Pehle main bhi health issues se pareshaan thi - cervical pain, back pain, kuch bhi try kiya, kuch kaam nahi aaya. Phir yoga mila, aur sab badal gaya. Ab main khud ko fit aur khush mehsoos karti hoon. Mummy ke saath bhi yoga karti hoon, bada maza aata hai. Humara motto simple hai: ek ghanta khud ko do, baaki din mast raho. Har Har Mahadev!

Yoga, Zumba & Dance Classes - Online-offline sessions for regular yoga, asana, pranayama, Zumba, kids' dance, and kids summer yoga camp.

Yoga for Health Issues - Special asanas and pranayama for back pain, migraine, high BP, PCOD, stress - sab kuch practical tarike se sikhaungi.

Deeper Healing & Meditation - Sound healing for stress, shatkarma like jalneti, plus ancestral healing meditation for emotional balance.

Open for All - Kids, adults, sab ke liye classes. Kabhi kabhi guest experts bhi bulate hain for advanced yoga knowledge.
