Here, group yoga means we support each other, laugh together, and sometimes struggle together too. No one’s judging if you can’t touch your toes. What Happens in a Class
Every session feels like a family catch-up with movement. I’m always around for hands-on help and, trust me, I’ll check in – “Kaisa lag raha hai? Badhiya?” If it’s not, we tweak things. Safety and comfort come first.

My Story
Namaskar. I’m Yogratna, right here in East Delhi. This is my little peaceful spot, far from city chaos. I started our studios in Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar to build a local yoga family. Honestly, yoga feels best when shared—kids, elders, everyone joining in, even trying chair yoga for the first time. We celebrate together, from International Yoga Day to regular mornings. Yahi hai hamara parivaar – stronger together, always.
