Technical Skills
- Anti-Gravity: Training in inversions, flips, and floating savasana (cocooning).
- Floor Work: Wall-supported inversions and gymnastics-style bridges or walkovers.

- Ratio: Small group setting (approx 1:6) to allow manual spotting by the instructor.
- Safety: Mats placed under silks for crash protection during drops.

About Yoga & Activities for Kids
I’m a yog shikshak (yoga teacher) and a mom, so I get how tough it is for kids these days with screens, homework, and constant pressure. Yoga isn’t just exercise - it’s a way for children to grow up strong from the inside out. Pehla sukh nirogi kaya (first happiness is a healthy body), right? My own journey with yoga helped me heal, and I want to pass on that joy to our bachhon (kids).

Our Fun-First Approach
Classes are playful, never boring. We use props like yoga balls, blocks, and wheels to make asanas exciting. Kids learn safely, even for advanced poses. Group games and yoga games for kids help them connect and cooperate.

My Story
Namaskar, hum Aura Yog Centre wale. Pehle main bhi health issues se pareshaan thi - cervical pain, back pain, kuch bhi try kiya, kuch kaam nahi aaya. Phir yoga mila, aur sab badal gaya. Ab main khud ko fit aur khush mehsoos karti hoon. Mummy ke saath bhi yoga karti hoon, bada maza aata hai. Humara motto simple hai: ek ghanta khud ko do, baaki din mast raho. Har Har Mahadev!
