Why I Do This
I’ve seen how stress and old emotions settle into our bodies and make us feel heavy, tired, or anxious. As someone who’s walked the path of yoga and healing, I know it’s not just about the body - the mind and energy need care too. Like they say, pehla sukh nirogi kaya (first happiness is a healthy body), but real health goes beyond just muscles and bones.
What Happens in a Session
- You might find yourself just lying down, letting the deep sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes wash over you. In a sound bath meditation experience, people say their mind slows down, and sometimes, it actually feels like their body is “opening up” and tension melts away.
- I guide you through simple meditation journeys - sometimes for better sleep, sometimes just to help you feel lighter and less tangled up inside.
- Full moon meditations are a bit different - we use this time to release karmic patterns and stuck emotions.
- Pitra healing (ancestor healing) can open up pathways in your life you didn’t even know were blocked.
- With Access Bars, I gently touch points on your head - nothing dramatic, but many folks feel instantly lighter, less burdened by old worries or beliefs.

My Story
Namaskar, hum Aura Yog Centre wale. Pehle main bhi health issues se pareshaan thi - cervical pain, back pain, kuch bhi try kiya, kuch kaam nahi aaya. Phir yoga mila, aur sab badal gaya. Ab main khud ko fit aur khush mehsoos karti hoon. Mummy ke saath bhi yoga karti hoon, bada maza aata hai. Humara motto simple hai: ek ghanta khud ko do, baaki din mast raho. Har Har Mahadev!
