- Correction: Instructor monitors camera feed and provides verbal cues for alignment correction (not pre-recorded).

My Take on Yoga
I believe yog se bhage rog hai (diseases run from yoga). For me, yoga isn’t just exercise - it’s a way to get real with yourself and find some much-needed balance. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress and feeling better in your own skin.
What We’ll Do Together
- Power yoga is my main thing. Expect a fitness-based, dynamic flow that's anything but boring.
- If you want to push limits, I’ll help you with advanced yoga poses training - we can work on headstands, arm balances, deep backbends.
- Got PCOD, back pain, or knee trouble? I use therapeutic yoga for PCOD and pain management, mixing specific asanas and breathwork to help you out.
- Into teamwork? Acroyoga partner sessions add some fun and trust-building.
How We Practice
- You can choose personal training for a tailored approach, or join group yoga classes for beginners or pros.
- Kids are welcome too - I teach little ones how to move, stretch, and build confidence.
- Location is flexible. Practice at my studio in Rohini, Delhi, or online from wherever you are.
Tools and Setup
- The studio’s got a rope wall (yoga kurunta), yoga wheels, and blocks. These props help you nail poses and stay safe, especially if you’re new or want to go deeper.
The Goal
I want you to feel urja (energy), stronger and happier, every session. Fitness shouldn’t be a chore. Uthao, uth (get up, get up) and let’s get started - whether you want peace, power, or just a good stretch.

Hi, I’m Arjun. Yoga’s my happy place, not just a workout - it’s how I find balance. I always say, ‘I bend so I don’t break’ - works for life too, trust me. Watching students, from kids to adults, surprise themselves is the best part. Yog hi to saari duniya ko Bharat ka vardaan hai (Yoga is India’s blessing to the world) and I’m just glad to share it, one class at a time.

Yoga classes - online & in-studio - I teach Power Yoga for beginners, Advanced Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga, and core workouts in Rohini and online.
Personal attention - You get my full focus. I guide each person, whether you’re new or tackling tough asanas.
Flexibility and strength training - We work on flexibility, muscle strength, and balance. It’s about getting healthier inside out.
Yoga for body and mind - Yoga is more than poses. It helps with peace, mental balance, and issues like PCOD relief or knee pain.
