Batch Details
- Format: Group size of 10 to 15 participants on the Absolute Fit Gym floor.
- Frequency: Access to 3 to 4 classes per week (Morning or Evening).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session led by Vineet or a senior associate.
Facility and Gear
- Venue: Air conditioned shared gym space (ambient noise from gym equipment may be present).
- Props: Use of communal EVA foam mats, blocks, straps, and chairs.
- Hygiene: Shared mats provided; bringing a personal towel is recommended.
Class Content
- Physical: Mix of Hatha and Vinyasa flow, Surya Namaskar, and core strengthening.
- Mental: Includes 5 to 10 minutes of Pranayama, Om chanting, and Shavasana.

My Take on Wellness
My approach is rooted in 'Swasth se Swasthata ki aur' (from health to true wellness). Yoga for me is not just about stretching or sweating; it's about finding your own path to peace. I want you to feel lighter in your mind, not just your body. Atma Deepo Bhava – be your own light, that's what I keep coming back to.
What Happens in Class
I mix physical postures with pranayama breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting. You’ll feel the difference - just sitting quietly or chanting 'Om' does something you can't explain, bas feel hota hai (you just feel it). Expect sessions with blocks, straps, even some laughs when a pose goes sideways. We go outdoors sometimes, because practicing in the park hits different.
