About Our Practice in Pictures
In our daily sessions, we do not just focus on the pose itself, but on how you get into it. Whether you are using blocks to support a forward bend or a strap to improve your reach, my goal is to ensure you feel the stretch in the right muscles without straining your back or neck. If you have been struggling with stiffness or old injuries, we start with specific modifications that make every movement safe and effective for your body.
Building Your Practice Safely
My philosophy is simple: 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya' (the first happiness is a healthy body). In these photos, you see students practicing fundamental asanas like Vrksasana (Tree Pose) and seated forward bends. You will notice that we frequently use props like yoga blocks and straps. These are not shortcuts. They are tools that help you achieve correct alignment so you can hold poses longer without injury.
What Happens in Our Sessions
We mix Hatha Yoga basics with dynamic Vinyasa flows. If you are a beginner, we start with stability and breath control. If you have been practicing for a while, we move into more advanced stretches that help reduce lower abdominal fat and improve digestion.
We practice in a supportive group environment in Shalimar Bagh, where I personally oversee every stretch. My goal is for you to leave class feeling lighter and more energized. We do not chase perfect poses; we chase progress and pain-free movement. Whether you want to fix your posture, reduce stress, or simply build core strength, we have a flow that fits your needs.
