- Mindfulness: Includes 10-15 minutes of guided Breathwork (Pranayama) and Om Chanting.
Logistics & Support
- Travel: Instructor travel included within North/West Delhi radius (Shalimar Bagh, Punjabi Bagh, Pitampura).
- Audio: Provider supplies portable voice amplifier/Bluetooth speaker if PA system is unavailable.
- Language: Bilingual instruction (Hindi and English) to ensure maximum engagement across all staff levels.
- Requirements: Client to provide venue; mats required only if selecting Mat Yoga format.

My Approach
Yoga started as my personal healing, now it's my way to help others. "Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah Sarve Santu Niramaya" (May all be happy, may all be free from illness) guides everything I do. I see most problems - especially at work or school - coming from stress. Yoga isn't just a workout, it's an everyday tool for feeling better, body and mind.
For Workplaces
Offices mean long hours and constant deadlines. "Pehla sukh nirogi kaya" (First happiness is health) isn't just a saying, it's true for every team. I run regular yoga classes at your office, plus focused wellness workshops on things like posture or stress. Special events? I’ve done International Yoga Day, team-building sessions, the works. Corporate yoga workshops really do shift the mood and energy.
For Schools & Communities
Kids and teachers face their own pressures. I run sessions in schools to help with focus, calm, and building habits that last. In the community, I’ve led yoga for thousands at stadiums, and worked with NGOs for children with special needs. Making wellness activities for events fun and easy matters to me.
What Happens in a Session
Sessions can be laughter yoga (hasyayog), pool yoga (aqua yoga), classic asanas, pranayama, or meditation - depends on what your group needs. Always about feeling good: "Karo Yog Raho Nirog" (Do yoga, stay healthy).

My Story
Namaskar, hum Aura Yog Centre wale. Pehle main bhi health issues se pareshaan thi - cervical pain, back pain, kuch bhi try kiya, kuch kaam nahi aaya. Phir yoga mila, aur sab badal gaya. Ab main khud ko fit aur khush mehsoos karti hoon. Mummy ke saath bhi yoga karti hoon, bada maza aata hai. Humara motto simple hai: ek ghanta khud ko do, baaki din mast raho. Har Har Mahadev!
