Sometimes, you need a guiding hand to reach your full potential. My one-on-one sessions combine expert hands-on adjustments with careful sequencing to help you refine your practice, whether you're working through a physical limitation or aiming for a new milestone.

In personal training, I provide hands-on assistance to help you find the correct alignment in challenging poses, like this supine leg stretch, ensuring you get the maximum benefit safely.

From a basic standing pose to an assisted standing split, personal guidance can transform your practice. I am here to support your journey and help you reach new heights.

Age is just a number. With the right guidance, this 55-year-old student is gracefully working on Natarajasana (Dancer's Pose). Your mind is the only limit.

"कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन" (You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions). I guide this young student in a standing split, teaching her discipline and focus.

If you have back pain, specific sequences can provide immense relief. Here, I am guiding a student through a series of back-strengthening exercises with gentle support.

Using a chair and my support, this student is able to explore a deep backbend, opening up the spine and shoulders in a safe and controlled manner.

I provide support and guidance as a student practices Sirsasana (Headstand), helping her find the balance and confidence to hold the pose.

Using the wall for initial support, I assist a student in finding the correct alignment for Tripod Headstand, building the strength needed for the full pose.

A simple forward bend can be deepened with gentle assistance. My role is to help you understand your body's limits and safely expand them.

With the help of a chair, I assist a student in a challenging arm balance and inversion, showing how props can make advanced yoga accessible.

It is not just about getting into a pose; it is about doing it safely and effectively. In these private sessions, I don't just instruct—I actively adjust your alignment, use props to support your body, and provide deep tissue stretching. This ensures you are not just going through the motions, but actually opening your body and mind in ways you might not be able to on your own.

When you work with me one-on-one, we move beyond the general flow of a group class. This is where we focus entirely on your specific needs—whether you are recovering from back pain, trying to master a challenging inversion like a Headstand, or simply wanting to deepen your daily stretch.

My approach relies heavily on hands-on adjustments. I will be there to support your hips in a split, guide your shoulders in a backbend, or use a strap to help you reach your foot, ensuring your spine stays safe while your body finds its new range of motion. We often use props like blocks and chairs to make these difficult movements accessible to everyone, regardless of your current flexibility.

This is not about pushing your body to pain; it is about listening to it. If you are in Delhi NCR, I can travel to you, or we can work together at my studio in Mayur Vihar Phase 3. You bring the intention; I will bring the technique and the support to get you there.
