Monthly Group Yoga Subscription
Core Session Details
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (typically 3 classes per week).

- Format: Small mixed-age group (5-10 kids) at Absolute Fit Studio, Mayur Vihar Ph-III.
Physical Training
- Flexibility: Focus on spine mobility, Wheel Pose (Chakrasana), and Splits (Hanumanasana).
- Strength: Wall-assisted handstand drills, core strengthening, and upper body conditioning.
- Correction: Instructor provides hands-on tactile adjustments for posture.
Mental Development & Facility
- Cognitive: Includes memory games, focus-building breathing exercises (Pranayama), and chanting.
- Facility: Air-conditioned gym floor with mirrors for self-correction.
- Props: Usage of yoga blocks and straps included.
Single Trial Session
Session Access
- Entry: Single pass to a standard 60-minute group yoga class.
- Assessment: Instructor evaluates the child's natural spine/hamstring flexibility and attention span.
Activity Mix
- Warm-up: Introduction to Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar).
- Poses: Beginner-friendly animal and bird poses.
- Equipment: Studio mat provided for use during the trial.
Summer Camp & Art Workshop Module
Program Structure
- Duration: 10 to 15 day module running Monday to Friday.
- Timing: Extended daily sessions of 90 to 120 minutes.
- Seasonality: Available primarily during school holidays.
Curriculum
- Physical: Intensive practice of Sun Salutations, balancing poses, and inversions (Headstands).
- Creative: Dedicated sessions for drawing, coloring, and craft work.
- Activities: Interactive memory games, storytelling, and breathing exercises.

About Kids Yoga
I believe every child deserves more than just good health - true wellness is a journey, and it’s best to start early. For me, yoga for young children is not about strict postures but finding joy, confidence, and calm in movement. I always tell kids, “Atma Deepo Bhava” - be your own light.
What Kids Experience
- My classes aren’t sirf physical exercise nahi (not just physical exercise). We do playful poses - roaring like lions, stretching like cats, and classic asanas. Kids learn simple mindful movement for kids, like breathing exercises and Om chanting, mixed with memory games and creative relaxation.
- Sometimes, I blend yoga with art and crafts, so bachche (kids) can let their creativity flow.
Safe and Fun Space
- All sessions are offline kids yoga classes at my studio, where I give hands-on help and keep things supportive. I don’t care about perfect form - I celebrate effort, energy, and every small step.
